What Benefits Are Provided by the ITPE Health and Welfare Plan?

The benefits provided for you under the Plan include:

  • Death Benefits
  • Accidental Death and Dismemberment Benefits
  • Survivor Income
  • Sickness and Accident Benefits
  • Medical Care

The amount of each benefit to which you are entitled depends upon the hourly contribution rate remitted to the Fund on your behalf by your Employer and the average number of hours you actually work per week. In order to determine an Employee’s average number of hours worked per week, the Fund shall review the number of hours worked by such an employee during the prior 90 day period. The next portion of this Site will list the different Schedules of Benefits available to Participants of the Plan dependingonthe hourly rate of contribution being submitted on their behalf.
